Level 2 IT Support Technician (8-Week Contract) Immediate StartAbout the OpportunityHays Technology is partnering with a well-established organisation based in Malaga to recruit an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician for an initial 8-week contract to provide leave coverage.This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment.
You'll be supporting a diverse user base across a broad range of technologies and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 desktop and end-user support both on-site and remotelyTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issuesManage incidents, service requests, and escalations through the IT service management processPerform user administration, asset management, and software deploymentConfigure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheralsCollaborate with internal support teams, vendors,
