This is the company you want to further your career with and now here is the ideal opportunity; a senior role that can help realise your career ambition.Your new roleAn opportunity has arisen to join them as a Project Manager, working closely with their Operations Manager, who is a bit of a legend and well regarded on the Sunshine Coast.
You will be supported by a cadet in a dual role covering both Project Management and Contract Admin duties; from engaging contractors, to programming and cost forecasting, to working with the site teams to ensure projects are on track and to budget.
The projects will be fast-paced and vary greatly, from Local Govt Building Infrastructure to health projects.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must be locally based,
ideally with a background as a Contract Administrator.
Whether you have a trade background, are currently studying or completed a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, all will be well regarded.
Lower Tier experience is preferred, where you may have operated in a dual PM/CA role in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the above, strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently.
