We're looking for someone who moves seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands‐on execution, leveraging strategic alliances, co-marketing initiatives, and brand activations to drive referral growth, brand equity, and market presence.The role will be full time, on site at our Head Office.Key responsibilities include:Lead the strategic partner marketing agenda, establishing My Guardian as the premier partner of choice across the care, health, and community sectorsManage, optimize, and scale existing strategic partnerships, ensuring all joint marketing deliverables, SLA benchmarks, and ROI targets are fully maximizedIdentify, negotiate, and execute high-impact strategic marketing alliances with peak bodies, allied health providers, and community organizations to expand referral acquisition channelsArchitect and execute joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, co-hosted educational webinars, and thought-leadership content that expand brand reach and market authorityDesign and execute high-converting event experiences, workshops, and industry roundtables built to engage sector partners and generate qualified community leadsOwn end-to-end event strategy, logistics, and budget allocation for major industry expos, trade shows, and conferences,
