Emerging IT in Sydney is seeking a Level 3 Service Desk Technician to join our Technical Support team in North Sydney.
This senior, hands-on role serves as the escalation point for complex issues across our client base, reporting to the Technical Support Manager.You will resolve escalated tickets, deliver premium client service, and mentor Level 1/2 technicians while contributing to process improvements.
The ideal candidate has MSP experience and solid Microsoft virtualization and server
