You will get experience across all areas of Tax and other tasks which you may not experience in other firms of the same size.In this role as a Business Advisory Manager/Senior Manager you will be expected to:Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clientsWork closely with clients providing written and verbal adviceExposure to more technical advisory workManage, review and mentor a team of driven and motivated individuals - this role will be responsible for leading the team whilst the Director focuses on the strategy side and business development etc.To be successful for this role you will:Have a minimum of 5years' local experience in Business Services, with 2+ years in a Supervisory/Management capacityCA or CPA QualifiedCTA or Masters of Tax would also be highly advantageous, but not neededBe able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe committed to working in a cooperative and high performing team environmentIn return for your skills and experience you willWork with accessible Partners/DirectorsWork within a high performing cultureWork for a firm that rewards their employees for their hard workFamily friendly environment - genuine flexibility with flexible working hours and 2 days work from home if needed/wantedNote: This description includes details of the role, requirements and benefits as provided by the employer.
