The opportunityYou will provide high-quality specialist care to patients with complex general medical and geriatric needs across:Acute and subacute inpatient servicesAmbulatory and outpatient careCommunity-based programsVirtual models of careMultidisciplinary clinical services
The position is pivotal in developing contemporary models of care for frail older people.
You will provide senior clinical leadership, contribute to clinical governance and service improvement, and support the education and supervision of junior medical staff.
You will join a welcoming multidisciplinary team where your expertise in both General Medicine and Geriatrics will be highly valued—and where you can make a visible difference to patients, services and the wider community.
