Plant ManagerGold Coast RegionFull-TimeSenior Operations LeadershipTake the next step in your career with a global manufacturing leader, overseeing a significant manufacturing operation.This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Plant Manager who enjoys being close to the operation, leading people and driving measurable improvements across production, safety, quality, cost and efficiency.The OpportunityYou will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site, leading a workforce of approximately 150 employees and a team of Production Managers, Supervisors and Line Leaders.Driving production performance, OEE, quality and cost targetsDeveloping and delivering production plans in line with business requirementsLeading continuous improvement initiatives across the plantApplying Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Why and 6S principlesOverseeing maintenance, production planning, logistics and procurementIdentifying and resolving operational issues and reducing inefficienciesDeveloping SOPs, processes and systems to improve plant performanceBuilding capability through coaching,



mentoring and cross-trainingDriving a strong safety-first and high-performance cultureWorking closely with senior management and support functions to achieve business objectivesAbout YouYou will be an experienced manufacturing leader with:5+ years' Production or Plant Management experienceA degree or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or a related disciplineProven experience leading large manufacturing teamsStrong practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementExperience with OEE, production planning, KPIs and cost controlStrong people leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to turn business objectives into clear actions and measurable resultsA hands-on and commercially focused leadership styleExperience within packaging, plastics, container manufacturing, chemical or related industrial manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.Why Consider This Role?
