You'll need:Admitted legal practitioner with a current Australian practising certificateStrong post‐qualification experience in employment and industrial relations lawProven ability to provide highly technical legal advice on complex and sensitive mattersExperience working within large, regulated organisations or complex programmes (e.g. remediation, transformation, compliance)Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with multidisciplinary teamsAbility to deliver clear, pragmatic advice while balancing risk, customer and business outcomesA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
