Lead High-Performing OSHC Teams Across Melbourne's South East & East
At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we believe incredible experiences for children start with exceptional leaders.
We're looking for an inspiring Region Manager to lead a portfolio of ***** Outside School Hours Care services across Melbourne's East and South East, including Boronia, Belgrave and Cranbourne.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same!
One day you might be coaching Coordinators, developing action plans and supporting service quality.
The next, you'll be meeting with school leaders, collaborating on community events, coaching a team through challenges or helping shape the future direction of a service.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Service Coordinators and EducatorsDriving service quality, compliance and continuous improvementBuilding trusted partnerships with schools, families and local communitiesSupporting engaging, child-focused programs across your portfolioManaging workforce planning, rostering and operational performanceCoaching leaders through performance, development and growth opportunitiesSupporting incident management, risk and safety outcomesIdentifying opportunities to strengthen services and deliver exceptional experiences for children

Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
You might already be a Region Manager, Area Manager or Operations Leader.
Or perhaps you're a high-performing Coordinator ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role?
You will bring with you:
A Diploma qualification or higher in an ACECQA-approved fieldCurrent Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationsDriver's licence and reliable vehicleStrong leadership and people development skillsExperience coaching, mentoring or managing teamsOutstanding relationship-building abilityExceptional time management and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetPassion for delivering quality programs and supporting communitiesThe ability to juggle multiple priorities across a rapid-paced portfolio
Experience within education, OSHC, children's services, health, recreation, sport or community-focused environments will be highly regarded.
