About the RoleWe're looking for a driven "Business Development Manager" to join our Sydney team and lead growth across our medico-legal services.
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll expand our client base and strengthen relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agencies.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Medico-legal sectorBuild and maintain solid relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agenciesDevelop and execute targeted outreach strategiesManage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to conversionPrepare proposals and tenders, and coordinate client presentations and meetingsGather client feedback to inform service improvementsPartner closely with clinical and operations teams to align offerings with market needsSupport marketing initiatives and report on performance, forecasts,



and market trendsRepresent Evaluate Medicolegal at networking events and industry forums Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degreeProven business development, sales, and account management experience, ideally within professional services or healthcareA track record of generating and converting leads with institutional clients such as law firms, insurers, or government agenciesStrong market research, pipeline management, and CRM skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teamsBackground in healthcare, insurance, legal, or medico-legal settings highly regarded, along with familiarity with workers' compensation or personal injury frameworksWillingness to work On-site in Sydney, with flexibility to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
