From supporting operational readiness on recent projects to helping troubleshoot live assets and improve long-term reliability,



you'll be part of the team responsible for turning world-class battery projects into world-class operating assets.What you'll doHelp develop and embed our ISO *****-aligned Asset Management System across a growing fleet of battery assetsSupport technical troubleshooting and root cause investigations when operational issues ariseBridge the gap between construction and operations by supporting design reviews, handovers, commissioning and operational readiness activitiesWork with internal teams, OEMs and service providers to improve asset reliability, performance and maintenance outcomesHow you'll make a positive impactStrong technical understanding of BESS and power system equipment, including transformers, switchgear, protection systems and invertersAbility to investigate technical issues methodically and translate findings into practical solutionsConfidence reviewing technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables to identify risks before they become problemsSound engineering judgement that balances safety, reliability, commercial outcomes and operational practicalityThis role is offered as an initial contract, aligned to a defined period of growth and planning, with meaningful impact from day one.
