You'll be joining an established team where your technical expertise will be valued, while having the opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio.The OpportunityYou'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Strata Property risks across new business and renewals, working closely with brokers to develop tailored insurance solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Underwriting new business and renewals across a diverse Property portfolioAssessing risk exposures, pricing, terms, conditions and coverageBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholdersIdentifying and pursuing quality new business opportunitiesManaging portfolio performance and ensuring underwriting decisions align with appetite and guidelinesNegotiating terms and conditions with brokers and other stakeholdersMonitoring portfolio trends, profitability and emerging risksCollaborating with claims,



risk and other internal teams to deliver strong client outcomesContributing to portfolio strategy, process improvements and broader business initiativesAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced Property Underwriter who combines strong technical capability with a commercial and relationship-focused approach.You'll ideally bring:Previous experience underwriting Commercial Property risksStrong knowledge of Property products, risk assessment, pricing and policy coverageProven ability to manage broker relationships and develop recent businessStrong commercial judgement and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilityA proactive approach to portfolio management and business developmentThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative teamRelevant insurance qualifications such as ANZIIF or CIP will be highly regardedWhy Join?
