An established and growing FMCG company is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A; to join its finance leadership team on an initial 12-month contract.Operating across multiple sites, the business is complex, fast-paced and commercially focused, with a strong growth agenda.
This is a key role within the finance function, providing significant exposure to senior leadership and the Board.PositionReporting to the CFO, the Head of FP&A; will lead the financial planning, performance analysis and commercial finance function, providing forward-looking insight to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Leading a small team key responsibilities will include:Lead group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningPrepare high-quality Board reporting and substantial Board packsDevelop scenario analysis, financial models and forward-looking forecastsProvide commercial analysis and insight to senior stakeholdersPartner with operational and commercial teams to drive improved performanceSupport strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business planningImprove FP&A; reporting,
