Intro Recruitment Solutions – Brisbane QLDThe Opportunity:An established and growing insurance building and restoration business is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead its Brisbane construction operations.Offering a package of up to $200k + super + company ute, this is a senior leadership prospect within a business delivering insurance repairs across domestic, commercial and large-loss projects.You will take ownership of construction delivery across Brisbane, leading a team of Supervisors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.As Construction Manager, you will:Lead and support a team of Site/Building SupervisorsOversee insurance repair, restoration and reinstatement projects across BrisbaneManage project performance across programme, cost, quality and safetyDrive jobs from allocation through to successful completionMonitor budgets, variations, margins and project progressManage subcontractor and supplier performanceMaintain strong relationships with insurers, assessors and key stakeholdersWork closely with estimating, restoration and administration teamsEnsure QBCC, WHS and company standards are maintainedSupport the continued growth of the Queensland operationAs a Construction Manager,
