We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Onsite Account Manager to join our team and manage a key client account at the Coles Kewdale Distribution Centre.This is a Monday–Friday PM shift role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong understanding of workforce management, logistics, warehousing or labour hire.As the primary onsite point of contact, you will build strong relationships with both our employees and the Coles site team, ensuring the workforce is well managed, supported and operating safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day onsite workforce and client relationshipAct as the key point of contact for Coles site management and operational stakeholdersCoordinate daily staffing requirements, rosters and workforce coverageMonitor attendance, punctuality, performance and employee engagementManage employee issues and resolve workplace matters professionally and promptlySupport recruitment, onboarding and induction of new employeesEnsure all employees meet site, safety and compliance requirementsMonitor workforce KPIs and provide regular reporting to managementWork closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure labour requirements are metIdentify opportunities to improve workforce performance,



retention and service deliveryMaintain a strong focus on WHS, compliance and continuous improvementAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience in an Onsite Account Manager, Workforce Manager, Site Manager, Recruitment Consultant or similar roleExperience managing a high-volume workforce, ideally within warehousing, logistics, transport or labour hireStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to confidently manage challenging situations and resolve issuesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused approachThe ability to work independently while being part of a broader operations teamA strong understanding of workplace health and safety and compliance requirementsPrevious experience working onsite at a major distribution centre will be highly regardedAvailability to work Monday to Friday on the PM shiftWhy Join Us?
