You will:Manage complex statutory benefits and common law workers compensation mattersRun your own files with autonomy and Partner supportAdvise corporate clients on strategy and liability exposurePrepare high-quality written advice and negotiation strategiesGain exposure to a broad range of personal injury and insurance mattersContribute to a collaborative, well-resourced national practiceWhat you'll bring6+ years' PAE in workers compensation, personal injury or insurance litigationAdmission in NSW and a current practising certificateStrong advocacy skills and sound knowledge of the NSW workers compensation schemeThe ability to manage complex files independently and provide strategic adviceStrong written communication and a commercial mindsetCandidates from plaintiff or in-house backgrounds with transferable experience are welcomeAdditional information$150K - $190K + super + bonus | Hybrid workingSenior workers compensation role | Sydney CBDLeading national insurance firm | Clear progression
