documentation and exchangeMaintaining an active acquisition pipeline and reporting on key milestonesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who has personally originated and progressed significant property opportunities.Significant experience in acquisitions, development-site sales, capital markets or commercial propertyA strong record of originating and progressing property transactionsEstablished relationships across Sydney's property marketStrong knowledge of residential development and site feasibilityExperience negotiating complex transactions and acquisition structuresThe confidence to engage directly with landowners and senior stakeholdersSound commercial judgement and the ability to recognise genuine opportunitiesThe persistence to maintain momentum across long and complex transactionsNice to haveExperience with a major commercial agency or established property developerA relevant qualification in property, finance, business or economicsA current NSW real estate licenceExperience across apartment or mixed-use development sitesExposure to planning, valuation or development feasibilityWhy this role is differentDirect access to the Head of Acquisitions and executive decision-makersGenuine autonomy to originate and progress transactionsStrong financial capacity and internal resources to transactAn integrated developer-builder model with in-house expertisePerformance incentives linked to successful acquisitionsAll enquiries and applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
