About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic service team.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation services across a diverse range of commercial sites.
You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems while building strong client relationships and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.

$150,000 to $160,000 plus Superannuation Key responsibilities Include:Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systemsDiagnose faults and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accuratelyPerform repairs and component replacements to restore optimal system performanceCollaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality installationBuild and maintain strong client relationships through skilled service deliveryCollaborate with the wider service team to share knowledge and improve outcomesAccurately record all service activities using the company's service platformStay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practicesEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, industry standards, and company policiesQualification, Skills and Experience required:Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role in HVAC service and maintenanceCert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.ARC licence required.Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair capabilitiesMust be adaptable and comfortable working across service, maintenance, and project environments, as our client base and workload are diverse and continually evolvingExcellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety and high-quality workmanshipValid driver's licence and clean driving history
