Both globally and in Australia, Palfinger provides superior technical support, parts availability and after sales service.About the Role As an Aftersales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions beyond just spare parts enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., service, warehouse, technical) to resolve customer queries that extend beyond parts.Process orders and return claims in line with company policies.Support the Spare Parts Team Lead with administrative and operational tasks as required.Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold high standards of customer service.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service or parts advisory role,
