ARC Staff is recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in Sydney for one of our major clients.
You'll lead a mobile crew across commercial and open-space contracts.

About the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Role
This is a hands‐on leadership role.
You'll lead from the front while supervising a small mobile grounds maintenance crew.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a mobile crewPlanning daily works and allocating tasksMaking sure sites meet required contract standardsOperating zero-turn and out-front mowersPruning, hedging,



mulching and plantingWeed spraying and pest controlMaintaining equipmentMaking sure secure work practices are followedKeeping presentation standards consistently high across sitesSupporting and developing team members
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens OR approximately 5 years' relevant experiencePrevious team leader or supervisory experience preferredCurrent driver's licence (essential)White CardCurrent Police Check, or willing to obtain one (essential)Working With Children Check highly regardedExperience operating grounds maintenance machineryStrong safety focusReliable, with excellent communication skillsPride in your workmanshipAbility to motivate and lead a team
