confident with people and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.Essential requirements:Minimum Certificate III in FitnessCurrent First Aid and CPRStrong communication and customer service skillsA genuine passion for health and fitnessAbility to work independently and take initiativeAppropriate police and Working with Children checksHighly regarded:Previous gym or fitness industry experienceMembership sales and retention experiencePrevious management or leadership experienceExperience recruiting or managing personal trainersCertificate IV in FitnessExperience in local marketing or business developmentYou don't necessarily need to have managed a gym before.
