As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our Eagle Farm Head Office.The OpportunityThis is a great chance for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy and loves being part of a supportive team.Working closely with the broader Finance team, you will help ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time while building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.What You'll Be DoingYour responsibilities will include:Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentationManaging supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepanciesCompleting supplier statement reconciliationsPreparing and assisting with payment runsMaintaining accurate supplier and accounts payable recordsSupporting month-end processes as requiredWorking closely with internal departments to resolve outstanding accountsAssisting the Finance team with general accounts and administrative dutiesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy Accounts Payable environment and hit the ground running.You will ideally bring:3–5 years' Accounts Payable experienceExperience processing high volumes of invoicesStrong reconciliation and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholdersGood Microsoft Excel and Office skillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP/accounting system would be highly regardedA positive, organised and team-focused approachWhy Join SunPork?
