We're a tech-driven, patient-obsessed brand redefining what contemporary dentistry looks like - and we need a Clinic Coordinator who thinks the same way.Based at our Monash clinic in Melbourne, this is a hands-on practice management role for someone who's equally comfortable jumping on a live chat, reading a revenue report, and making sure every patient walks out smiling.What you'll be doing:Managing the full patient experience - from first digital touchpoint through to checkoutMonitoring and responding to live chat enquiries in real time, converting leads into booked appointmentsOwning clinic KPIs - tracking revenue, managing budgets, and reporting on performanceScheduling and optimising the appointment calendar to maximise clinic efficiencyCoordinating the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and careMaintaining accurate patient records across our practice management softwareIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows,
