The responsibilities of this position include:Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clientsPosting job advertismentsonlinePhone screening, shortlisting and arrange interviewsCold Calling existing database of candidates/membersConducting reference checks and coordinating offersData entry, management,



and maintenance of the candidate information system within CRMDeveloping talent pipelines and maintaining industry market knowledgeAdapt as required and display resilience in a changing work setting;This role will suit someone with proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, either in an agency or in-house environment.
You will have exceptional time management, organisational skills, and communication capability to engage candidates to ensure a smooth pathway through our hiring process.
