NSW Health's Hospital in the Home service at Cumberland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes.
This permanent part-time role offers autonomy, robust team support and diverse patient care across acute and sub-acute needs.You will assess, plan and evaluate care with emphasis on safety and patient-centred outcomes.
Join a progressive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to reducing hospital stays while maintaining clinical oversight.
