This is a hands‐on role in a busy ED environment where you'll bring your clinical expertise and leadership skills to support the team through to the end of the year.12-week contract in a rural emergency department settingLead clinical care and support the ED team as an In Charge nurseWork with a team that values experienced practitioners who can hit the ground runningPreferred RequirementsSolid emergency department experience with demonstrated clinical competenceCurrent Advanced Life Support (ALS) certificationExperience working in an In Charge or senior nursing capacityStrong assessment and prioritisation skills in a rapid‐paced ED environmentAbility to work effectively within a small, collaborative teamPreferred QualificationsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePost-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency nursingAdditional emergency-focused certifications (such as TNCC or ENCC) are advantageous
