This role suits someone organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Answering and directing incoming phone callsResponding to service enquiries, complaints and dispute resolution mattersMonitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxesBooking hard waste collection services and managing residential bin maintenance requestsDocumenting,
