At Sunshine Coast Radiology, we're on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.Your RoleBe the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)Keep workflows productive and organisedProvide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearlyHelp prepare patients for their visit with the information they needWhat You'll BringA caring, empathetic communication styleAdvanced computer and keyboarding skillsGreat problem-solving and time management abilitiesA positive, proactive attitudeExperience in customer service is a plus!
