You will assist and oversee preparation, cooking and presentation to ensure meals meet high standards across daily specials.The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 3 years in a fast-paced kitchen, allergen management knowledge, and budget awareness.
Early shifts provide work-life balance within a reliable roster.
