Job dutiesPrepare tables and bar before openingGreet and seat customers on arrival at the restaurantExplain menu items and make recommendations along with assisting guests with particular allergiesServe customers food and drink in a timely mannerOperate POS terminals to input customer orders and take paymentWork behind bar to complete drink orders and make specialty cocktailsClean and reset tables/restaurant as requiredStock and maintain wait stations including polishing cutleryEnsure opening and closing procedures are completedWillingness to learnWell presented, communication skills and time management skills
