Blue Sky Nursery is a busy wholesale nursery supplying both the landscape and retail markets based in North Arm on the Sunshine Coast.We require a Nursery Sales Assistant.The Nursery Sales Assistant role is full time and based on a 38 hour week with a 3 month probationary period.Hours are Monday 6.30 till *****, Tuesday to Friday 6.30 till 3.10.TheNursery Sales Assistantposition will require an applicant withexcellent plant knowledge,customer service experience, excellent phone skills, a strong working knowledge of MYOB, EXCEL and WORD.
Previous nursery experience or Horticultural Certification is essential.Key position requirements:Customer service, processing stock enquiries, quotations,
sales and orders in MYOBA valuable knowledge of general nursery plant speciesgrown within industrySourcing plants for projects/grow onsParticipation at trade events and EXPOSThe ability to work as part of a dynamic team or individuallyThe ability to follow directionThe ability to multi task and work under pressure when requiredThe ability to work to deadlinesLiaising with Sales/Logistics Manager, Dispatch staff, Truck Drivers & Production staffWages will be negotiated with the successful applicant depending on the qualifications and/or experience.Applicants for this position must have their own transport.
