Instead, you'll get to know the residents, understand the site, and take genuine pride in keeping it running smoothly.If you're ready for steady, structured days and a role where your work is genuinely valued, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.THE ROLEAs Maintenance Officer at Strathalan, you'll take ownership of the preventative and reactive maintenance that keeps our residential aged care community safe, functional and welcoming.Complete preventative and reactive maintenance works in a timely, well-documented mannerManage and maintain Essential Services Maintenance (ESM) systems and requirements onsiteCoordinate and follow up contractor work, ensuring it's completed to a high standard and fair market rateLiaise professionally with residents, families, staff and contractors day to dayKeep accurate records and report on works performed in line with policy and compliance standardsLook after tools, equipment and site safety, reporting hazards and defects as they ariseThis is your opportunity to take real ownership of a site and make a visible difference to the people who live there.ABOUT YOUYou don't need aged care experience to succeed here.
