As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the developing effective relationships with the clients national customer base.Primary Roles And ResponsibilityResponding to online and phone enquiries in a timely and qualified mannerPerforming bookings and schedules for staff and delivery driversFollowing up on deliveries and ensuring DIFOT is adhered toAssisting Customers with claims relating to damages,



breakages and/or incomplete goodsCreate strong relationships with customers and offering quick and responsive updatesLiaise with the warehouse and factory staff in regards to damage claimsDocument all claims and enquiries into the company databaseRepresent the company in a professional and positive manner at all timesScheduling of deliveriesTo Be Successful You Will Need To DemonstrateExperience in Customer Service, Internal Sales and/or AdministrationA self starter who can work unsupervised and independentlyStrong problem solving skills and a solutions focused attitude essentialStrong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft suiteBe a positive, solutions focused customer service officerHigh levels of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiency'sTeam first mentality, with a passion for supporting and helping others
