commercial and related stakeholder's challenges/concerns while ensuring on time deliveries (Post Goods Issued timely)Maintain clear effective communications with customers by highlighting potential issues, opportunities and action plans if such situations ariseThorough follow up and closure on customer feedback and complaintsMonitor & track overseas shipments from affiliates till customers' receipt besides overseeing local plant supply to customersAssist in reducing overall inventory costs by optimizing forecast, providing good analysis and provision of customer demand, rigorous monitoring of on time deliveryParticipate in projects which require Customer Experience involvementExperience needed:Good computer literacy and ability to master systems & tools: SAP, Atlas, CristalIn-depth knowledge and usage of sales working processesProven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clientsTeam player, able to work with many different functions and peopleBeing organisedA proactive growth mindset and a can-do attitudeDegree/diploma highly advantageousThe successful candidate will have at least 3 years working experience as commercial assistant, customer service and supply chain with SAP experience essential.
