Join us as a Guest Experience Expert - Night Auditor or At Your Service in a community of approachable and straightforward talent offering simplified, not simple experiences to independent travellers.Position Summary (Night Auditor):Support your Guest Services team with general operational tasksBe an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed traveller expectationsAssign rooms according to traveller requests and preferences whenever possibleHandle general enquiries, and provide a friendly, genuine service with each traveller experienceAssist with verifying and adjusting billing for travellers whilst following up with traveller questions and requestsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookingsPosition Summary (At Your Service):Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extensionSupport the Guest Services team with general operational tasksBe an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, have a sense of the local to exceed traveller expectationsHandle general enquiries, and provide a friendly,
