People, Payroll & Compliance Coordinator - HRProgrammed Maintenance Services – Chipping Norton NSWOur client is a well-established Australian wholesale bakery business based in South-Western Sydney, with a robust presence in its industry and a growing focus on people, compliance and operational excellence.They are seeking an experienced HR, Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to take ownership of key people, payroll, compliance and Return to Work functions across the business.About the RoleThis is a hands-on position covering a broad range of HR and payroll responsibilities, including:Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee recordsPrepare employment contracts, HR documentation and workplace policiesProvide HR support to managers and employees, including performance and employee relations mattersCoordinate and process payroll, including leave, variations, terminations and superannuationEnsure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and relevant employment legislationMonitor legislative requirements and maintain HR and compliance documentationCoordinate workers compensation and Return to Work matters, including liaising with insurers and rehabilitation providersDevelop and monitor Return to Work Plans and suitable dutiesSupport WHS,



employee wellbeing and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:A degree or diploma in HR, Business or a related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in HRProven payroll processing experience, ideally 2+ yearsStrong experience interpreting Modern Awards and employment legislationExperience developing workplace policies and proceduresExperience coordinating workers compensation and Return to Work mattersCurrent Return to Work Coordinator Certificate, or the ability to obtain one immediatelyStrong knowledge of:National Employment StandardsModern Awards & WHS legislationPrivacy and payroll legislationEmployment contracts and HR best practiceStrong communication, organisation and attention to detailA practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independentlyWhat's On Offer?
