We are looking for an experienced Residential Air-conditioning Managerto join our team and take ownership of our residential operations, quoting and customer experience.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the residential HVAC industry, has strong estimating and sales skills, and enjoys building relationships with customers and tradespeople.The RoleAs the Residential Air-conditioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential projects from the initial customer enquiry through to quoting, scheduling and completion.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting residential site visits and preparing accurate quotes and estimatesAssessing customer requirements and recommending appropriate air conditioning solutionsManaging residential jobs from quote acceptance through to completionCoordinating technicians, apprentices and subcontractors where requiredMaintaining strong communication with customers throughout each projectFollowing up quotes and converting opportunities into confirmed workEnsuring projects are completed efficiently,



professionally and profitablyManaging job schedules and helping coordinate day-to-day residential operationsIdentifying opportunities for additional works and upgradesEnsuring high standards of workmanship, presentation and customer serviceMonitoring project costs, margins and overall job performanceResolving customer issues and ensuring a positive customer experienceWorking closely with management to improve processes and performanceAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:Previous experience in the air conditioning/HVAC industryStrong knowledge of residential air conditioning systems and installationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesCommercial awareness and an understanding of job costing and marginsThe confidence to conduct customer consultations and recommend solutionsThe ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneouslyA professional presentation and a positive, solutions-focused attitudeAn air conditioning trade qualification, estimating experience or previous supervisory/management experience will be highly regarded.What We OfferA full time position with a well-established Gold Coast businessCompetitive salary package based on experienceOpportunity to take ownership of the residential divisionVariety and autonomy in your day-to-day roleA supportive and professional team environmentA role where your estimating, sales and management skills can directly contribute to the success of the business
