We have 2 Full time and 1 Part-time Vets, supported by 7 experienced Nurses and animal attendants.
We provide high quality general practice care for pets, along with some of the local wildlife especially with the beach so close by.Our clinic is known for its friendly, professional culture, strong client relationships, and a genuine team first mindset.
We take pride in running a well organised, welcoming hospital where both pets and people feel supported.With a huge variety of cafés to choose from, you can enjoy your favourite coffee and pastries before taking a short stroll to the beach, soaking up the sunshine on your lunch break.About the RoleYou'll work closely with a Regional Manager from the industry who will support both you and the Lead Vet, giving you the autonomy and trust to treat the clinic as if it were your own.

You'll have the autonomy to lead your clinic your way,

This will predominantly be a Monday-Friday role, offering stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to truly own your clinic.What you'll be doingLeading, coaching, and supporting a team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staffManaging clinic operations including rostering, stock control, systems, and complianceOverseeing financial performance - budgets, P&L;, KPIs, and reportingDriving a high standard of client experience and service excellenceManaging HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and developmentHandling client feedback and complaints with professionalism and careWorking in partnership with the Lead Vet and Head Nurse to align clinical and operational goalsWhat We're Looking ForYou're already working in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role and are ready to take ownership of a busy, well run veterinary clinic.1-2 years' experience in a Practice Manager or comparable roleVeterinary background required - veterinary nursing background preferredCertificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or strong experience in lieu of formal qualificationsConfident people leader with a coaching and mentoring approachStrong financial acumen, including budgets, KPIs, and business performanceExperience with HR, recruitment,
