Executive Manager - Compliance, Governance & RiskTalent Quarter are exclusively partnered with a South-West Sydney based organisation who haveexciting opportunity for an experienced Governance, Risk, Quality or Compliance leader to join a respected, purpose-driven organisation delivering services across the Aged Care and Disability sectors.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the organisation's Governance, Risk, Assurance, Compliance and Evaluation function, with responsibility for strengthening governance, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, internal audit and continuous improvement.This is a highly influential executive position working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board/Audit & Risk Committee, with the opportunity to shape organisation-wide strategy, risk culture and quality outcomes.Benefits on offer:Executive-level position reporting directly to the CEOBroad organisation-wide leadership and strategic influenceLead governance and risk across Aged Care and NDIS servicesPartner closely with the Executive Team and BoardLead and develop an established specialist teamOpportunity to shape and mature the organisation's GRC and quality frameworksPurpose-driven environment focused on quality, safety and consumer outcomesHighly varied portfolio across governance, risk, compliance, quality and assuranceThe Role You will provide executive leadership across the organisation's governance and risk portfolio, ensuring regulatory obligations are met while building a proactive culture of quality, safety,
accountability and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Lead and mature the enterprise governance, risk and compliance frameworkProvide strategic advice and reporting to the CEO, Executive Team and BoardOversee enterprise risk across clinical, operational, financial, workforce, cyber and reputational areasLead internal audit, assurance and remediation programsMaintain compliance with Aged Care and NDIS legislation, standards and regulatory requirementsLead preparation for accreditation, re-registration and regulatory auditsOversee responsible incidents, complaints, investigations and safeguarding mattersMaintain effective policy, procedure and quality management systemsMonitor regulatory reform and embed legislative changes across policy, training and operationsDrive continuous improvement through audit outcomes, incidents, feedback and performance dataLead and develop a high-performing governance, risk and assurance teamThe role has responsibility across both Aged Care and NDIS regulatory environments, including internal audit, serious incident response, complaints and restrictive practices oversight.About YouWe are looking for a commercially aware,
pragmatic senior leader who can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions.You will ideally bring:Senior leadership experience across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Quality or AssuranceExperience within Aged Care, NDIS/Disability, Healthcare or Human ServicesStrong understanding of the Aged Care and/or NDIS regulatory environmentExperience developing enterprise risk, governance or internal audit frameworksDemonstrated experience working with CEOs, Executives, Boards and CommitteesStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality systems and continuous improvementExperience managing complex incidents, investigations and/or regulator relationshipsDemonstrated people leadership and team development capabilityRelevant tertiary qualifications inbusiness, risk, audit, health or social careFormal governance, risk or audit credentials such as GAICD, CA/CPA, CIA or equivalent GRC certification will be highly regarded.Make an ImpactThis is more than a traditional compliance role.
