Quality SupervisorDate Posted: 11 Sept ****At Primo, quality is more than a standard - it's a promise to our consumers and a foundation of how we operate.We're seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor - Operations to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Quality Partners within our manufacturing environment at Chullora.This is a hands‐on true leadership role where you'll work closely with Operations to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement are embedded into everyday production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop a team of Quality Partners supporting daily production activitiesOversee routine quality checks, line inspections, environmental monitoring and product testingTake an education approach towards ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, sanitation standards and food safety programsLead and support investigations into non‐conformances, quality incidents, and customer complaints using structured root cause analysisDrive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectivenessPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning, Laboratory, NPD and R&D; teams.
to provide technical product leadership and expertise.Support customer visits and participate in regulatory, customer, and third‐party audits.Translate quality metrics into meaningful operational and business insightsSupport new product launches, process changes,
