You will position Martian Logic's payroll capabilities and compliance features to prospects,
translating complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases that resonate with HR and finance decision-makers.What You Will DoSupport pre-sales activities by providing payroll and compliance expertise to prospects evaluating our HRIS platformArticulate how our Australian compliance capabilities address client needs in awards, Single Touch Payroll, and screening integrationCollaborate with the sales team to position payroll as a competitive advantage in deal progressionContribute payroll insights to strengthen proposals and demonstrations to prospective clientsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally with HRIS systems or payroll softwareAbility to communicate payroll and compliance concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesExperience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing payroll rolesDemonstrated understanding of Australian payroll compliance, awards, and Single Touch PayrollCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferBase salary $130,000 to $160,000 plus superannuationOn-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000 to $230,000 including commission10 days paid personal/carer's leave per yearPaid parental leave of 2 weeks from the birth of a childThe prospect to work with a market-leading platform built for Australian organisations
