The Opportunity
Lead the operational delivery of a multi-site security portfolioOversee approximately ***** frontline security personnel through Site SupervisorsManage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contactEnsure contractual obligations, service standards and compliance requirements are consistently metConduct regular site visits, audits and assurance activitiesCoach, mentor and develop Site Supervisors and frontline security teamsManage operational escalations and provide support during significant incidentsDrive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational performanceEnsure training, workforce capability and reporting requirements are maintainedWork autonomously across multiple sites, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate
About You
Security industry experience with solid operational leadership capabilityExperience managing teams across multiple sitesStrong client relationship and account management skillsConfident managing performance, coaching teams and resolving operational issuesStrong understanding of compliance, training and contractual service deliveryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSecurity, facilities management, law enforcement or corrections backgrounds will be consideredCurrent security licence highly desirable, with the ability to obtain one within an agreed timeframe if requiredComfortable working within a 24/7 operational environment and acting as an escalation point when required
