From commercial office workplaces to luxury gymnasiums, high-end educational facilities, bespoke retail spaces, and more, their diverse commercial portfolio continues to expand.As a result of this ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager to take a leading role within the Estimating department and secure commercial fitout projects valued up to $20M.ABOUT THE POSITION.Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions.
You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company.

and cost estimatesReview supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive proposalsMentor junior estimators to develop budgets and cost breakdownsMaintain accurate project cost records and assist in bid presentationsLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure project successSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Previous exposure estimating and tendering commercial fitout and refurbishment projectsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and negotiation skillsTertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)CULTURE.This company fosters a dynamic and inclusive culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
