Since opening our doors in ****, we've grown to five venues across Sydney; Haymarket, Randwick, Newtown, Parramatta and Penrith, with a team of around 100 people.
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to own our people function and keep Wingboy a great place to work.About the RoleReporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things people at Wingboy recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and culture.
You'll work closely with our management team across all five venues, splitting your time between home and on-site visits.What You'll DoManage recruitment, screening, and interviewing for all management positions (casual recruitment is handled in-venue)Own onboarding, induction, and training completion for all new starters via TandaRun compliance checks - visas, working rights, RSA, food handling certificates, and pay ratesManage employee records and HR compliance systems, aligned to Fair Work, Awards, and WH&SCoordinate; probation and performance reviews, and support employee development plansSupport managers with employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigationsManage leave requests and approvals with the venue management teamLead workforce planning and forecasting, and monitor turnover and recruitment trendsDevelop HR policies and drive engagement,



including Employee of the Month and milestone recognitionBe the go-to expert on Tanda; direct payroll queries to our accounting team (rostering and weekly payroll sit outside this role)Who You AreCulture fit matters just as much as experience for this role.
