Employment Hero is seeking a Venues Operations Manager for two Melbourne venues—a hatted restaurant and a design-led cocktail bar/lounge.
You will lead on the floor, set the tone, and own day-to-day guest and team experience across both venues.You'll be highly visible during peak service, coach and recruit staff, manage rostering and cost control, and collaborate with sales/marketing to drive revenue opportunities.
