Partnering directly with the Plant Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping financial performance, influencing operational strategy and driving commercial outcomes across a complex, high-volume manufacturing workplace.This is a career-defining opportunity for a finance professional who wants genuine influence, strong operational exposure and the opportunity to work at the heart of a business that manufactures some of Australia's favourite products.Why This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a finance role where you'll sit in head office reviewing reports.You'll be embedded within the operation, working side-by-side with leaders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Quality and People & Culture.You'll have a genuine seat at the leadership table, helping drive decisions around productivity, investment, cost optimisation, operational performance and future growth.Your insights won't just explain what happened.

Huntingwood is one of our most significant manufacturing operations and plays an important role in producing products enjoyed by consumers across Australia and beyond.The site is fast-paced, highly automated and continually evolving,



creating an environment where robust commercial leadership can make a real impact.Success in this role comes from being close to the operation, understanding what is happening on the factory floor and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the site.As a result, this position is expected to be onsite 4-5 days per week.We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible, partnering directly with operational leaders, walking the floor and influencing decisions in real time.
