PCA's piling division is growing fast and we're after people who are ready to grow with usWith offices based in both the Gold Coast QLD & Sydney NSW, we've landed multiple new contracts working the length of the East Coast, and we need experienced Piling Rig Operators who want more than just a job.We're after people who want a serious, hands-on role across PCA's fleet of piling and drilling equipment,and who are genuinely up for travel and working away; we go where the work is!
Current work locations covering; Cairns, Gold Coast + Central to Northern NSWThe Role:On the tools, you'll be running PCA's piling rigs and offsiding where needed, working closely with your crew to get the job done safely and to spec.If you're reliable, level-headed and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!
Experience with bored, CFA or secant piling?
Even better; that's highly regarded.This is more than just a job, it's a long-term career opportunity with a professional, well-established company that backs its people and invests in their growth.Some of the must haves:Construction Industry Induction CardAustralian Driver's license with own transportExperience operating piling rigs(Soilmec, Casagrande)Experience offsiding piling rigs (at least one year)Experience with CFA Piling, Bored Piers and Sheet PilingCore belief in safety at the workplaceDrug and alcohol-free statusExcellent temperament with a team player attitudePunctuality to work siteUp for rostered projects, including travel + living on site when required - this one is a must!
Experience operating general construction machinery such as concrete pumps and grout pumps,



etc.Basic mechanical knowledgeExcavator, Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform ticketsDogman and HRW ticketsGet to know us!
