As a Senior Security Technician, you'll be the technical lead across both project delivery and service in Sydney.
One week you might be commissioning a current access control and CCTV installation; the next, you're tracking down a complex fault on a critical site and getting it back online.
On projects, you'll own the technical delivery from rough-in to handover, covering system programming, commissioning, quality assurance and as-built documentation.
On service, you'll handle preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs, and you'll be the escalation point for the faults others can't solve.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, the service team, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
You'll also mentor less-experienced technicians and apprentices and help lift technical standards as our Sydney team grows.Key responsibilitiesInstall, program, commission and maintain access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and video management systems, along with intercoms and other integrated security platformsLead projects on site from rough-in to handover, including client liaison and as-built documentationDiagnose and fix faults on preventative maintenance and reactive service callsConfigure network components such as IP addressing, VLANs, PoE switching and remote accessMentor junior technicians and apprentices,
