It seeks capable engineers who want greater responsibility, a strong understanding of project profitability and, ultimately, the opportunity to lead their own projects.If that is where you want your career to go, this is worth a conversation.You'll work across a solid pipeline of civil infrastructure, including:TMR & RMS and Council Road upgradesPavements and roadworksBulk and detailed earthworksStormwater and drainageStructures and bridgesServices and utilitiesConcrete and associated civil worksTraffic staging and live-environment constructionThese aren't roles where you get pigeonholed into one small section of a major project.You'll get exposure across the full delivery cycle and work closely with experienced Project Managers, Supervisors and construction teams.As the Senior Project Engineer, you'll have genuine ownership across both the technical and commercial side of project delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Project Manager with overall project delivery, programming and commercial performanceDeveloping and monitoring short-term construction programs and look-aheadsCoordinating Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and site resourcesManaging RFIs, ITPs, lot records, hold points, QA documentation and technical submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications and TMR / Council requirementsAssisting with construction methodologies,



sequencing and temporary works planningMonitoring quantities, productivity, labour and plant performanceTracking project costs, forecasts and cost-to-completeAssisting with procurement, subcontract packages and supplier negotiationsManaging variations, delays, contractual notices and supporting commercial claimsReviewing subcontractor progress claims and performanceIdentifying project risks and commercial opportunities earlyCoordinating client, consultant and stakeholder requirementsSupporting monthly reporting, forecasting and project financial reviewsDriving safety, quality and environmental compliance across your work areasThe expectation is that you get involved.Ask questions.
