You will work closely with commercial, product management and clinical education colleagues to turn technical information into transparent, engaging marketing materials.With scope to bring your own ideas and help build the function, this opportunity could suit a creative marketer who enjoys creating and delivering content in exciting innovative company.Sydney based this role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.Key responsibilities include:Develop brochures, product guides,



presentations and educational resourcesCreate and edit videos for marketing, communications and trainingManage LinkedIn content, eDM campaigns and website updatesBuild brand awareness and engagement with surgeons, healthcare professionals and channel partnersSupport product launches through targeted communications and promotional assetsCoordinate marketing activity for conferences, workshops and education eventsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compliant and commercially relevantMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagementYour Skills & Experience:Relevant experience in marketing, communications or digital content creationHealthcare, medical-device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience highly regardedStrong copywriting skills and confidence translating technical information into engaging contentPractical graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe or similar toolsAbility to create and edit video contentProficiency using Salesforce.com to deploy contentExperience with social media, eDMs and digital campaignsRelevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related disciplineCreative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideasPositive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teamsCurrent driver's licence and willingness to undertake occasional travelAbout Healthcare Professionals GroupHealthcare Professionals Group recruits all positions: executive, permanent, contracting/temp, at all levels, across all areas of healthcare - Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Technology and Clinical Care.
